If you are interested in joining us as a vendor, please contact us as soon as possible with the following: vendor info, size, and pictures of your concession unit and your menu.
Your menu will be added to the Food Finder in the festival app. If you have any foods that are vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, Keto, etc. please note that next to the item. Fans who have an allergy, dietary restriction or simply a mad craving, can find you easier!
Insurance
All vendors must provide a certificate of insurance showing a Comprehensive General Liability policy that lists Chippewa Valley Music Festivals as “Additional Insured,” specifying the amount of $1,000,000.00 for liability insurance. You must also submit a copy of your Wisconsin seller's permit. All vendors must comply with all Health Department regulations.
