Also includes VIP parking, up-front picture taking at your leisure, a permanent bench seat in the closest sections to Main Stage, permanent bathrooms, and mouth-watering lunch and dinner served daily at the Country Fest Cafe. A lot goes into being a VIP Ticket Holder, and there are many perks that you may be unaware of. Listed below are the most common questions we’re asked on a daily basis:
Yes, as long as you don’t take too much time up front, impeding others’ vision. Please take a photo and head back to your seat as soon as possible. Security will be around to ask you to head back to your seat, as well.
This option must have been selected as you place the initial order. This option cannot be switched after the order is placed. Also, please be aware that there is an $8 fee with each wristband, so individual daily wristbands total $24 in fees.
You do not. If you would like to camp in electric or general camping, you are more than welcome to choose from any of those available sites.
Yes, no questions asked.
Those are Morrie’s Pit Passes that are an addition to your VIP ticket. They are available to any fest patron and can be purchased for individual artists or for the whole weekend online, or at the VIP Booth on-site.

The line for the PIT PASSES is at the top of the picture line by the sound stage. You are let into the PIT approximately 20 minutes before the band starts, no food, drinks, or selfie-sticks are allowed in the PIT. You can leave and get a stamp to re-enter. The PIT is handicap accessible. The PIT is emptied after every show for safety concerns as work is done before each show (cables ran out to the sound stage or picked up after a band is finished).
If you have any questions about certain foods, please ask to speak to the chef in VIP. Our caterers are happy to accommodate any specific allergy needs you have.
No, we do not make you go out and get in line, rather we filter you thru the VIP gates. HOWEVER, we do not let you in FIRST. You will wait until after the first 50 or so people who have been waiting in line enter, and then let you through the gates. If you want to ensure you get a front row spot, you will need to wait in the Pit Pass line with everyone else.
Yes! You will not, however, be receiving a parking pass in the mail with the rest of your order. Simply show your VIP wristband to the Gate Attendant when you arrive to the festival, and they will give you your parking pass.
VIP have the only permanent bathrooms on any of the Country Fest grounds. They are located on the far North end of the VIP Café tent within the concert grounds.
Now that you know where you’re sitting, let’s make sure you know where you’re camping. VIP Camping is located in the North Campgrounds (across the road from the concert grounds).

Don’t Want VIP Camping? No Problem!
Don’t want to camp in VIP? Just because you have VIP Tickets doesn’t mean you need to camp in VIP section. You can purchase a campsite in North or South General or Electric, if available.
General Camping: Includes (1) campsite in either the North Campgrounds or West Campgrounds (both across the street from the concert grounds) or South Campgrounds (same side as concert grounds). Please note these campsites DO NOT have electricity. Remember that all campsites include (1) Parking Pass (for your vehicle), (1) Camper Pass (for whatever you will be sleeping in), and (1) Campground Access Pass. Only one vehicle, one sleeping unit (tent, RV, etc.), and up to six people.
NEXT GENERAL CAMPSITE PRICE INCREASE:
GENERAL CAMPSITES WILL INCREASE TO: $105.00
Electric Camping: Includes (1) Campsite in rows M 1-60, N 1-60, and O 1-60 in the South Campgrounds, and rows GIL & HAL in the North Campgrounds. These campsites will have (1) 30 AMP and (1) 15 AMP available. 50 AMP is available for additional $50. Please remember that all campsites include (1) Parking Pass (for your vehicle), (1) Camper Pass (for whatever you will be sleeping in), and (1) Campground Access Pass. Only one vehicle, one sleeping unit (tent, RV, etc.), and up to six people are allowed on one campsite.
NEXT ELECTRIC CAMPSITE PRICE INCREASE:
ELECTRIC CAMPSITES WILL INCREASE TO: $350.00
We will be partnering with a variety of hotels in the surrounding areas that will have shuttle services available to get you to the Country Fest grounds and back to your hotel safely after the last Main Stage act has finished performing. There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk for you to sign up for times you would like to be shuttled to the grounds. Shuttle wristbands will be available to purchase for $40 for the entire festival, regardless of how many days you shuttle to the grounds. Shuttles will be picking up guests who are staying at these hotels only. Please make sure to book your hotel early, as rooms tend to go quickly.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT RENEWALS
VIP & Reserved Lawn Renewals are a little bit tricky to understand sometimes, but we’re here to help make the process go smoothly.
Take a look below to make sure you understand the process of how it works.
You are able to renew all your campsites along with your VIP tickets, as well as grab any additional camp access passes and parking that you may need. If you want to get any additional campsites, though, you will need to purchase those after our Club Card sales.
The only way you are able to put tickets into someone else’s name, is if they are an immediate family member. You may not give tickets to friends, or distant relatives. You must be able to show proof of immediate family members at the VIP Booth, when you renew your tickets. Proof includes drivers’ licenses and marriage certificates.
VIP Booth Hours are Wednesday from 5:00PM-9:00PM. Thursday from 11:00AM-11:00PM. Friday from 11:00PM-9:00PM. Saturday from 3:00PM-9:00PM.
Those tickets not renewed by Friday, June 28 at 9:00PM will become available for the public to purchase at the VIP Booth at 3:00PM on Saturday, June 29.
We will be opening phone renewals for Country Fest 2020 prior to Country Fest 2019. Renew before Country Fest so you don’t have to waste time standing in line at Fest. During the renewal process, you can request moving up rows closer to the stage or closer to the aisle. Staff will begin moving seats as requested (if better seats are available) on Saturday, June 29, 2019, beginning with Row 1, to Row 2, Row 3, moving back. At 3:00 p.m., all open VIP seats will be available for purchase.
You must renew your tickets by Friday at 9:00PM.
You can renew over the phone by calling our office (Dates to be announced) before Country Fest 2019 or at the VIP Booth, located next to Radio Row in the Concert Grounds, Wednesday, June 26-Friday, June 28.
