We will not be offering ticket outlets for the 2018 festival. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Visit www.SeeTickets.us and log in to your Country Fest account with the same email address you used when you placed your order. You may have to create a password, if you haven’t yet. If you can’t remember your password, follow the prompts to Reset your password. Please note: as of June 2017, SeeTickets has been our new ticketing company. Any accounts/passwords you’ve had prior to June 2017 will not be carried over.
Our fans’ safety is our number one priority. We encourage incidents be reported ASAP so that action can be taken immediately. If you experience sexual assault at Country Fest, we encourage you to report it, immediately. There is a strict zero tolerance policy on sexual assault at the festivals. Please report any incidents to security. If you feel uncomfortable reporting an incident, you may send a text message in to our anonymous Tip Hotline. Send texts to 315-TIP-FEST (315-847-3378) to communicate directly with Security Dispatch. (Please note: the Tip Hotline will become active closer to festival week.) The National Sexual Assault Hotline is 1-800-656-4673 and is available 24/7.
The line for the PIT PASSES is at the top of the picture line by the sound stage. You are let into the PIT approximately 20 minutes before the band starts, no food, drinks, or selfie-sticks are allowed in the PIT. You can leave and get a stamp to re-enter. The PIT is handicap accessible. The PIT is emptied after every show for safety concerns as work is done before each show (cables ran out to the sound stage or picked up after a band is finished).
You should receive your email receipt right after placing your order. Check your junk mail—the receipt is coming from SeeTickets, not Country Fest. If you placed your order on a Payment Plan, please log in to your SeeTickets account at www.SeeTickets.us to view your order details. This is where you’ll also find a PDF receipt in your account.
During the festival, the lost and found is located at the Information Booth at the top of the hill. After the festival is over, all lost and found items will be transferred to the office where they will remain for one month. Then, all unclaimed items will be donated. Call 800.326.FEST after the festival is over to check to see if your item was found.
Yes—there is a 10-day grace period for you to update your payment information. Update your info through www.SeeTickets.us. Please be sure to update your payment information in a timely manner so that you don’t forfeit your tickets.
If you need to update your payment information, log in to your SeeTickets account at www.SeeTickets.us, using the same email address you used when placing your order. If you’ve missed a payment, there will be a message waiting for you in your SeeTickets account, and it will prompt you to update your payment information. Once your payment information is updated correctly, it will automatically run that payment.
Yes! We have handicap-accessible camping, parking, and seating available. To purchase a handicap-accessible campsite in rows C, D, or E, please call the office at 800.326.3378 and have your handicap placard number available. Visit our ADA page for more information.
Yes, the medical tent is on the top of the hill.

There are charging stations at all of the bars and inside the Fest Crew tent. Refer to the concert grounds map to see your options.
UPDATE AS OF 4/27/18: we are no longer offering payment plans for Country Fest 2018, as it’s getting too close to the event. // If you place an item on a Payment Plan, you’ll have to pay 40% of that total today. Depending on when you place the order will effect when the remaining two payments will be withdrawn from your account. Each of these payments will pull 30% of that order (40% – 30% – 30%). Payment Plan fees do apply per ticket—please make note of these as you’re selecting the Payment Plan option. Not all items can be added to a Payment Plan, and each item on a Payment Plan is treated separately. If you need to update your payment information, log in to your SeeTickets account at www.SeeTickets.us, using the same email address you used when placing your order.

You can bring in collapsible chairs, blankets, EMPTY water bottles or mugs, and necessities such as sunscreen, lip balm, sweatshirts, etc. All attendees WILL be subject to search upon entry and every time before getting into the concert grounds. If you really want to see a certain artist, plan to get to the concert grounds early to avoid any delays in the search line.
Prohibited items include: food and beverages, professional recording devices, professional cameras, selfie sticks, knives, firearms, illegal substances, and fireworks. Umbrellas are allowed but must be taken down during artist performances. All patrons will be subject to search upon entry.

Concert gates will open Wednesday, June 20 for a pre-party exclusive to 3-Day ticket holders at 6:00 p.m. Gates open Thursday-Saturday at 11:00 a.m. Gates for early camping set-up first open the Sunday prior to Country Fest. Check back here for details as we get closer to the festival.

There are porta-potties throughout the concert grounds and campgrounds. The VIP restrooms are located by Main Stage outside of Section A.

At the festival we will be handing out printed Country Fest booklets that are filled with information and there are also large-scale versions of the festival map throughout the grounds.
You can purchase them online here, or during the festival at the VIP booth, as long as they are still available.
