General Admission Tickets

Crap, I bought the wrong one-day wristband. Can I exchange it for the correct day?

It depends. We have a 24-hour return policy, so as long as you call us within 24-hours of your original order placement, we can cancel that order, and you can place a new one for the correct day.

Do I have to register my wristband?

Yes. Register each wristband to the person who will be wearing it. If you’d like to go cashless, you can link a credit card to your wristband when you register.

Do I have to select which day I want to come if I am just getting a one-day wristband?

Yes, you do. Each day’s wristband is different, and only the appropriate day’s wristband is honored. You will either have to have your specific day’s wristband or a 3-Day wristband to be allowed on premise during that specific day.

I bought a pit pass on top of my ticket, but how do I physically get into the PIT?

The line for Pit Passes is at the top of the picture line by the sound stage. You are let into the Pit approximately 20 minutes before the band starts. No food, drinks, or selfie-sticks are allowed in the Pit. You can leave and get a stamp to re-enter. The Pit is handicap accessible. The Pit is emptied after every show for safety concerns as work is done before each show (cables ran out to the sound stage or picked up after a band is finished).

Is it just a ticket that I am receiving or is it a wristband?

You are physically receiving a wristband, but we sometimes use the words “ticket” or “pass.” All wristbands are equipped with an RFID chip. Wristbands are used for all forms of concert entry (GA, Reserved, VIP) and campground access. We give you a 21+ wristband as you enter any bar area inside the concert grounds (have your ID with you!).

Is parking included?

Parking is not included with your GA ticket; you can purchase parking online or at the gate upon your arrival. However, if you purchase any campsite, you are allowed one vehicle on your site.

What is included in a General Admission ticket?

One General Admission ticket (wristband) gets you into the concert grounds. You also need this wristband to get into the campgrounds (in addition to a Campground Access Pass).

Reserved Lawn Tickets

Do I have to register my wristband?

Yes. Register each wristband to the person who will be wearing it. If you’d like to go cashless, you can link a credit card to your wristband when you register.

Do I have to take my chair with me every night?

Nope! Just leave it there when you leave for the night, and it will be sitting out waiting for you when you return the next day. Make sure to take it with you at the end of the festival, though!

What is included in a Reserved Lawn seat?

One Reserved Lawn ticket (wristband) gets you into the concert grounds, and into the preferred Reserved Lawn Seating area which is located directly behind VIP. This seat comes with a collapsible Country Fest Campfire Chair, that you will be able to take with you when the festival is over. This seat does not include a Camp Access Pass, so please plan accordingly if you are camping.

VIP Tickets

Am I allowed to take photos up by the stage?

Yes, as long as you don’t take too much time up front, impeding others’ vision. Please take a photo and head back to your seat as soon as possible. Security will be around to ask you to head back to your seat, as well.

Can I switch my 3-day VIP wristband into three individual daily wristbands?

This option must have been selected as you place the initial order. This option cannot be switched after the order is placed. Also, please be aware that there is an $8 fee with each wristband, so individual daily wristbands total $24 in fees.

Do I have to purchase a VIP campsite, or can I purchase an electric or general admission one instead?

You do not. If you would like to camp in electric or general camping, you are more than welcome to choose from any of those available sites.

Do I have to stay in my assigned seat?

Yes, no questions asked.

How do I get into the pit?

Those are Pit Passes that are an addition to your VIP ticket. They are available to any fest patron and can be purchased for individual artists or for the whole weekend online, or at the VIP Booth on-site.

How do I renew my VIP Seat for 2020?

I have a food allergy. How do I know certain foods are safe for me to eat?

If I purchased a pit pass, do I really have to walk all the way around to get in line?

No, we do not make you go out and get in line, rather we filter you thru the VIP gates. HOWEVER, we do not let you in FIRST. You will wait until after the first 50 or so people who have been waiting in line enter, and then let you through the gates. If you want to ensure you get a front row spot, you will need to wait in the Pit Pass line with everyone else.

Is parking included?

Yes! You will not, however, be receiving a parking pass in the mail with the rest of your order. Simply show your VIP wristband to the Gate Attendant when you arrive to the festival, and they will give you your parking pass.

VIP have the only permanent bathrooms on any of the Country Fest grounds. They are located on the far North end of the VIP Café tent within the concert grounds.
