Thank you for your interest in vending at Chippewa Valley Music Festivals (Country Fest and Rock Fest).

Chippewa Valley Music Festivals has a limited number of vacancies each year. Our vendors return year after year causing us to have a very low turn over rate. We receive many more applications than what we can accommodate. The process is very competitive.

Vendor fees are based on the size of space needed to accommodate your concession unit including any stakes, awnings and hitches. Chippewa Valley Music Festivals agrees to furnish electricity. Water hook-ups, dumpsters and "cash and carry" suppliers will be available to all vendors on the grounds during the events. There are no deadlines for returning these applications but we ask that you return them as soon as possible. Applications must include pictures of your concession unit. Preference is given to previous year vendors that have fully complied with the terms and conditions of their contracts. Booking for new vendors usually occurs in January and February.

When you return your application to us, please be patient. No further communication will be exchanged with you unless a contract opportunity presents itself. Your application will be filed for future reference and consideration.

All vendors must provide certificate of insurance showing a Comprehensive General Liability policy listing Chippewa Valley Music Festivals as "Additional Insured" and specifying the amount of $1,000,000.00 for liability insurance. You must also submit a copy of your Wisconsin sellers permit number. All vendors must comply with all Health Department regulations.

Chippewa Valley Music Festivals reserves the right to restrict the sale of any items.
